If your pet is going to take part in a wedding or in a First Communion event, then this is a cute accessory that will slip over your pet’s collar for that special day. The scrunchie is made using 2 layers of white satin fabric with a layer of light weight interfacing within the center. The over the collar cover slips over your pet’s current standard buckled collar. It will not slip over a martingale collar. I will need your pet’s neck size and the band width of the collar which this scrunchie will fit over.



WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
All over the collar scrunchies & hair scrunchies can be washed in the washing machine using cold or warm water. They can be dried in the dryer on low heat.
